IACKids, founded in 2012, supports families in the Greater Rochester area facing financial hardship due to a child’s severe illness. When a child requires long-term hospitalization, parents often have to reduce work hours, take unpaid leave, or even lose their jobs, all while managing household expenses and caring for their other children. IACKids helps alleviate this financial burden so families can focus on what matters most—their child’s health.
